Yi Bu Wei Shao Leisure Seal /《一不為少》閑章

“百不爲多，一不為少“ 引證解釋為謂難得的好人或好東西。這句成語出處與《南史·任昉傳》裏褚彥回當謂遙日：‘聞卿有令子，相爲喜之。所謂百不為多，一不為少。’ 由是聞聲藉甚。

This proverb means that a rare good person or good thing is invaluable. It comes from "Nan Shi·Ren Fang Zhuan" where Chu Yan Hui praised the noble character of Ren Fang: "I hear you have a worthy son, and I am happy for you. As they say, 'A hundred is not too many, and one is not too few.'" This phrase became widely recognized.
