Return & Exchange Policy

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customer-selected errors such as wrong size, color, or model not due to product defects.
  • Product has been opened, used, washed, or damaged, affecting resale condition.
  • Return/exchange must be requested within 14 days from the purchase date. Late requests will not be accepted.
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, and receipt copy.
  • The following items are strictly non-returnable/non-exchangeable:

- All ink and pigment products

- All copybooks and art books

- All paper types, including:

  All types of Xuan paper

  Painting paper, artwork paper, paper card, Lian Shi paper etc

  Bookmark, scroll, folding fan, round fan etc

- Custom-made items (e.g., calligraphy/painting, seal carving etc)

- Promotional or discounted/defective items

 

 

Please confirm the color, size, quantity, and other product details before purchase. All transactions are final and cannot be modified or cancelled once completed.

 

Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions and Application Process:

  1. Only applicable if item is damaged or defective upon receipt due to non-human causes.
  2. Only exchanges for the same item (i.e., identical model and specifications) are accepted. Exchanges for other products or upgraded items are not allowed, and refunds are not provided.
  3. Item must remain in complete condition with packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  4. Return/exchange must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.  Example: If the receipt is dated the 1st, the return/exchange must be completed by the 14th.
  5. All items must be inspected and approved by Van Hin Book Co. for return/exchange eligibility. 
  6. For product exchanges, courier fees will be borne by the customer.

  7. The customer shall bear full responsibility for the item until it is received by us. For the customer’s protection, it is strongly recommended that all returns be shipped via a delivery service that provides insurance coverage equivalent to the value of the goods. Customers are required to retain the tracking number as proof of shipment and for reference purposes, should it be necessary

  8. Any reward points or discount codes used in connection with a returned order shall be deemed void and are strictly non-refundable and non-reusable. In addition, no further reward points shall be awarded on the usage of points for subsequent purchases.

  9. VAN HIN BOOK CO. reserves the absolute right to reject any request to consolidate returned items with new orders. All return transactions are final, and any further requests relating to such returns shall be strictly denied.

退換政策

不可退換貨情形：

  • 因個人原因選購錯誤或主觀喜好（如尺寸、顔色、型號等）
  • 商品已拆封、使用、清洗或損壞，影響二次銷售者
  • 超過退換申請期限（14天）
  • 缺少完整原包裝、附件和收據副本
  • 以下商品類別恕不接受退換

   - 所有墨汁、顏料類等

   - 所有字帖、畫冊等

   - 所有紙張類，包括：

▪ 各種宣紙等

▪ 書畫紙、作品紙、卡紙、連史紙等

▪ 書簽、卷軸、摺扇、團扇等

  - 定制商品（如書畫作品、篆刻印章等）

  - 促銷特價商品或促銷瑕疵品

 

購買前請務必確認所選商品之顏色、尺寸、數量等資訊；交易一經完成，即視為最終確認，恕不接受更改或取消。

 

可退換貨情況與申請方式：

  1. 限商品於交付時存在非人為之破損或異常情況，影響正常使用者，方可退換。
  2. 僅接受更換相同商品（即同款式、同規格），恕不接受更換其他商品或升級品，亦不提供退款服務。
  3. 商品須保持完整，包括原包裝、附件及購買憑證，否則不予受理。
  4. 退換申請須於購買日起14日內提出。  若收據日期為1號，最遲須於14號營業時間內完成退換。
  5. 所有商品問題將由萬興書畫鑑定確認後方可處理。
  6. 如需更换商品，运费需由客户自行承担。
  7. 在退貨商品被本公司簽收之前，顧客須對該商品承擔全部責任。為保障顧客權益，強烈建議所有退貨透過提供與商品價值相等保險保障的快遞服務寄送。顧客須妥善保留快遞單號，以備必要時作為寄送憑證及參考。
  8. 任何用於退貨訂單的獎勵積分或折扣碼將視為作廢，且嚴格不可退還或再次使用。此外，使用積分進行的後續消費將不再累積額外積分。
  9. 萬興書局（VAN HIN BOOK CO.）保留絕對權利，拒絕任何要求將退貨商品與新訂單合併寄送的請求。所有退貨交易一經完成即為最終決定，任何進一步相關請求將被嚴格拒絕。
